Online orders can be paid by credit card or money orders. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

SHIPPING

Blackrifleworks.com orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS), Priority Mail or Express Mail within five days of purchase. All packages will be shipped using Delivery Confirmation. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. See Shipping Policy for more information on this topic.

RETURNS

Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. ALL FIREARMS SALES ARE FINAL. See Returns and Refunds Policy for more information on this topic.

REFUNDS

Refunds for pre-authorized Returns will be issued only to the Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover card that was used to complete the initial transaction for products that are returned in new and unused condition within 15 days of purchase. WARRANTY INFORMATION

Blackrifleworks.com makes no express or implied warranty whatsoever with respect to any merchandise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The only warranties provided are provided by the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer's package. All requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be made directly to the manufacturer.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

FIREARMS SALES AND TRANSFERS

• All firearms purchases from Blackrifleworks.com are final. Be absolutely sure of your purchase before placing your order.
• All firearms sales are subject to the legal requirements and restrictions of the customer's state of residence. No exceptions.
• We will ship the firearm(s) at your expense via US Postal Service to a licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in the state in which you reside.
• During the checkout process, you will have an opportunity to provide us the name and contact information for your chosen FFL, or you may elect to have Blackrifleworks.com locate an FFL for you.
• Some FFLs choose to charge a transfer fee. The customer/transferee is responsible for any such fees. If Blackrifleworks.com arranges the transfer on your behalf, you will be contacted to consent to the transfer fee only in the event that that the FFL transferor indicates that the transfer fee exceeds $25. In the event that the transfer fee exceeds $25, you will be contacted by Blackrifleworks.com to agree to the stated transfer fee or decline the order. If you opt to decline the order, you will be issued full refund to your credit card.
• Regardless of whether you have entered the FFL transferor information yourself or requested that we locate one on your behalf, we will contact the FFL to arrange having them fax or mail us a signed copy of that dealer?s Federal Firearms License prior to shipping.
• If your FFL transferor determines that the firearm is not permitted in your local area after it has shipped or, for any reason, they cannot transfer the firearm to you, the FFL transferor will return the firearm to us and you will be issued a refund, minus shipping charges. See our Returns and Refunds Policies page for more information regarding this policy.
• We ship all firearms via US Postal Service Mail only.
• Once your local FFL receives the firearm, they will contact you to arrange for you to come to their location to receive the firearm after all federal, state, and local requirements are met.
• We will be happy to find a local FFL to arrange the transfer of your firearms purchase. If you already have a FFL in your area that you would like to use for a firearms transfer, we are happy to arrange the transfer with them.
• Blackrifleworks.com does not export firearms or any other products outside the ted States.

PRICING POLICY

We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and we do not ship any products outside the U.S. Orders placed on Blackrifleworks.com will be charged in U.S. dollars. If you live outside the U.S., this charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency.

Blackrifleworks.com does not have a price-matching policy at this time. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry, and you can help.
