Q: How do I know if the item I want to order is in stock?
A: If you can see the item it is in stock. If you do not see an item we normally stock it is temporarily sold out. You can only place the quantity we have on hand in the shopping cart. Example: If you want 100 30rd mags and we only have 98 in stock the website will NOT allow you to put 100 in your shopping cart. If you placed 98 in your shopping cart it will process the order.
Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: All orders are generally shipped with 24hrs. Orders received Friday after 12:00 pm EST will be processed for shipping starting Monday morning. Occasionally holidays and gun show schedules may delay us from shipping within 24hrs. We post our gun show schedule on the front page of the website as well as any vacations / business trips we may have scheduled.
Due to the recent election all orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days unless otherwise stated.
Q: Can I phone in my order?
A: Due to the recent election we are spending all of our time packing and shipping orders. Until further notice we will not accept call in orders. All orders will need to be processed through the website.
