If you shop at Blackrifleworks.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
RETURNS
Returns cannot be accepted without prior
authorization. ALL FIREARMS SALES ARE FINAL. The only time a firearm may be
returned to Blackrifleworks.com is if the Federal Firearms Licensee handling the
transfer of the firearm to the purchaser, or any government agency determines
that the firearm cannot be legally transferred to the purchaser.
If for any reason you are not
satisfied with any products purchased at Blackrifleworks.com that do not
include firearms subject to the above policy, you may return the item to
Blackrifleworks.com within fifteen (15) days from the date of shipment,
provided the items are found by the staff of Blackrifleworks.com to be in NEW and UNUSED condition. Please do not return COD. COD's will not be accepted. By ordering with us through our website or our catalog you are accepting all terms and conditions set out on our website.
How to return an
item:
1. Contact Blackrifleworks.com via
telephone at 1-919-651-1262 or e-mail us at:
info@blackrifleworks.com
to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If you have not received a reply to an e-mail RMA request within 2 business days PLEASE call us at 919-651-1262. We receive tons of spam and sometimes our spam filters may block your e-mail.
2. Just return it within 15 days in the same condition, (new and unused in its original packaging in resalable condition), for a prompt refund of purchase price, all shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. If possible, include the invoice
with the item. Write the RMA number and a brief note on the
invoice (or separate sheet of paper if invoice is unavailable)
indicating the reason for the return.

REFUNDS
Refunds for pre-authorized Returns
will be processed as a credit to the MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card that was used to complete the initial transaction.
The cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund
amount. No refunds will be provided in the form of cash or any
other currency, money order, or check unless the credit card used to
make the initial purchase is found to be invalid or inactive at the time
Blackrifleworks.com attempts to execute the credit. In this case,
refunds will be issued in the form of a check drawn from U.S. funds.
All refund checks will be mailed to the "Bill To" address used when the
initial transaction occurred. Refunds will be issued within seven (7)
business days from receipt of the authorized return item found to be in
NEW and UNUSED condition by Blackrifleworks.com.
