ITAR:
All of the items on this Web Site are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and export is strictly prohibited without authorization or a license issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
While we proudly support the Members of the US Military deployed around the world and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with the United States Export Control Laws and Regulations.
Under these laws and regulations a shipment for personal purchase to an APO/FPO that is physically located outside of the United States must be considered an Export, regardless of your military service status, rank, etc.

RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from Blackrifleworks.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products purchased at Blackrifleworks.com, you may return the item to Blackrifleworks.com within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment, provided the items are found by the staff of Blackrifleworks.com to be in NEW and UNUSED condition with all original packaging and contents.
Returned orders that used free shipping are subject to a restocking fee equivalent to the original shipping cost.
Please do not return COD. COD's will not be accepted.
By ordering with us through our website or our catalog you are accepting all terms and conditions set out on our website.
How to return an item:
1. Contact Blackrifleworks.com via telephone at 1-919-651-1262 or e-mail us at:info@blackrifleworks.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If you have not received a reply to an e-mail RMA request within 2 business days PLEASE call us at 919-651-1262. We receive tons of spam and sometimes our spam filters may block your e-mail.
2. Just return it within 14 days from the date of shipment, in the same condition, (new and unused in its original packaging in resalable condition), for a prompt refund of purchase price, all shipping charges are non-refundable!
3. If possible, include the invoice with the item. Write the RMA number and a brief note on the invoice (or separate sheet of paper if invoice is unavailable) indicating the reason for the return.

Any packages returned to us due to an incorrectly entered shipping address when the order was placed, will be subject to a new shipping charge. If customer requests a refund in lieu of having the package reshipped, that returned order will be charged a 20% restocking fee!
REFUNDS
Refunds for pre-authorized Returns will be processed as a credit to the MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card that was used to complete the initial transaction. The cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund amount. No refunds will be provided in the form of cash or any other currency, money order, or check unless the credit card used to make the initial purchase is found to be invalid or inactive at the time Blackrifleworks.com attempts to execute the credit. In this case, refunds will be issued in the form of a check drawn from U.S. funds. All refund checks will be mailed to the "Bill To" address used when the initial transaction occurred. Refunds will be issued within seven (7) business days from receipt of the authorized return item found to be in NEW and UNUSED condition with all original packaging and contents by Blackrifleworks.com.
All warranty items will be handled between the buyer and the manufacturer.
Black Rifle Works Ltd. does Not warranty other manufacturers items.
